One of the messages that Jesus brought is the message of love.
The Fatherhood of God was never pronounced in the Old Testament. It was Jesus who introduced God as a Father.
One of the nature of a father is his love for his children.
When Jesus introduced God as a Father, he also introduced the love of God.
